Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order get shipped out?
As each order is made from scratch please allow 4-7 business
days to process. Upon processing completion, the hair will get delivered to the
warehouse, which will then be checked for quality and then shipped out directly
to clients. Ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are correct. The
products will always get shipped out as next day delivery subject to
non-significant events, sales and promotions on the website. As for pre-orders
please expect 5-10 processing days alone. Please be aware that all orders are
subject to fraud risk analysis.
Where can I track my order once shipped?
As excited as you are about your order, please allow 48hrs
after you have received your shipping confirmation to track the delivery.

info@mhbi.co.uk to chase this further.
Express shipping option?
Express shipping can be offered during checkout, but this
option is only available if the stock is readily available. Also factor in the
extra cost that will be added for express shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Our team processes orders as soon as payment is confirmed,
unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancelation or refunds to orders once paid.
We advise customers to review their order details thoroughly before completing
payment.
Missing items or incorrect order?
If you notice a discrepancy in your order regarding
incorrect/missing goods. Please email the team at info@mhbi.co.uk within
24hours of receiving items. We will request pictures to confirm before
beginning our investigation.
Faulty item received?
We pride ourselves in producing high quality products, but
mistakes can happen, and we would wish to resolve them the best way we can. If
this does occur, please report the fault at info@mhbi.co.uk. Pictures should be
included to substantiate your issue. We may request you to return the product
for inspection and assess your claim appropriately. It is imperative that you
check your items as soon as you receive it so you can inform us in time.
